Plan your scholarship applications

Track eligibility, funding coverage, deadlines, and official sources.

Check fit before writing an application

Confirm nationality, degree level, subject, academic requirements, work experience where relevant, and the intended entry year. A scholarship available in a country is not necessarily available for every university or student.

Track the full application chain

  1. Save the official scholarship page and the current award rules.
  2. Record nomination, course admission, scholarship, and supporting-document deadlines separately.
  3. Check whether the university application must come first.
  4. Ask referees early and explain the format required.
  5. Review the submitted application and save its confirmation.

Read what funding actually includes

“Full funding” still needs a careful reading of the terms. Check covered fees, living support, duration, exclusions, and any conditions after completing the programme. Partial awards can reduce tuition while leaving substantial costs to fund.

Keep your information current

Open the official source again before you submit. In StudyFlyway, “Check dates” is a prompt to confirm the current round, not a statement that applications are open.

Continue your research

Check the destination and provider’s official instructions for your own course.
